Dr Karol Sikora is an expert in timber construction field and CEO & President of Neacemka, a Cambodian-based group of companies.

Dr. Karol has gained international experience by studying and working in many places worldwide. 

He was part of European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) Actions.

The winner of the Research & Innovation Award 2023 by Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates.

For his significant contribution to Civil Engineering discipline worldwide he was awarded Fellowship of Institute of Civil Engineers. Karol is Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International.
